"3h" is not a valid name for variables according to ECMAScript 6 / Unicode 8.0.0 so your API doesn't work with Typescript and many other languages. I think is a huge bug, why don't you use standard names? A simple "h3" would give same readability and give usability with every language.

"3h" is a valid key for JSON, which the API returns, and is accessible in JavaScript with `rain["3h"]` instead of `rain.3h`. Can you not do the same in Typescript?

In Typescript it's just a workaround that doesn't give you intellisense.
It works... but is not perfectly fit.
